Full Service Property Management including Turnkey

Includes marketing and leasing of your property, taking phone calls from prospective tenants, showing the property, completing the application process and thorough tenant screening (credit, criminal background, employment and rental history check), move in inspection with the tenant, collection of security deposit and first month’s rent, monthly owner statement and direct deposit of proceeds, professional property management service throughout the term of the lease, taking maintenance calls and overseeing maintenance requests and repairs, year-end income and expense report.  

Management Only

Includes all the services provided in our full service package, with the exception of overseeing maintenance requests and repairs.  

Leasing Only

Includes marketing of and showing of the property, thorough tenant screening (criminal, credit, employment and rental check), leasing and move in inspection with the tenant, collection of security deposit and first month’s rent.  Once the leasing process is completed, we will forward all lease documents to you along with the security deposit.
